„It was absolutely incredible. Jorge, Edith and the rest of the staff did everything they could to give us the feeling of being very welcome at all times. We were allowed to leave our luggage during a one night hike, got lunchboxes, could check in very early and and and.. everyone was friendly and the pool and gym are great! Location is a big plus as well and the rooms are spacious. We cannot thank everyone enough!!!“

Neben der Lage direkt am Plaza de Armas ist insbesondere das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse ein echtes Highlight. Hervorzuheben ist noch einmal, dass wirklich alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend waren, so dass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. “

„Very comfortable rooms. Great facilities with free use of the pool, which has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included and the staff were always very friendly and helpful here. Wi-Fi also was fast. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers often didn't know where the hotel was located when we were coming back from the city centre so it took a bit of time explaining. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.“
