„Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. The owners (husband and wife) called me personally to discuss and explain this negative review. They addressed all concerns and texted additional photos and videos. „We had an amazing 3 week vacation in PR with friends and family!! This house fit our needs and made our trip!! The beach is amazing and not crowded. The pool was perfect. We cooked, ate, relaxed and had so much fun here! And as an added bonus the restaurant across the street had fabulous food and the best margaritas!! I would recommend this house to all!!!“

„Quiet area, between 2 extremely close beaches we had to ourselves. We had 3 separate suites- one for my son and family, one for my daughter and grandson and one for my husband and I. The house was immaculate and had all the necessities you could think of. The host was nearby for anything you needed or questions you would have. Lots of nearby restaurants and a grocery store.“

„Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!“

„Nelson and Miguel were very responsive. We had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely manner. The house is in the mountains. Very close to stores within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bakery on the up the road about an 2 minute drive that had the best fresh baked bread and pastries. Our neighbors had a cow which was nice to see in the mornings. The views from the back balcony are breath taking. “

„Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment.
