We were there for a large island-wide power outage. We were able to save our food because we had bought a few sleeves of ice and there's a deep freezer in the kitchen. „The first impression of the place look like outer premises werenot well maintained we didnt have hotwater during our stay also the parking was street parking. Neighborhood was loud at all times. We had to leave the rental early due to a family emergency. No refund was offer and no compensation for not having hot water.“

„We were a bit nervous coming into the property because it is located in a rundown neighborhood. Literally there are cars on the street with no tires and abandoned houses everywhere. The house was clean and the view was amazing, we were right on the beach. Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. „Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.“
