On the left side of the entry, you'll find two doors leading to the first of the home's bedrooms. The first of these is a long, open space, featuring a queen-sized bed, a bench, its own en suite bathroom and a window that looks over the entry-side courtyard. The cheerful bathroom features lovely yellow tile work, a step-in shower and a large single vanity. The second (and slightly larger) bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom with a step-in shower, but this bedroom also features a bank of large west-facing windows that look out past the outdoor patio to the ocean beyond.

Moving beyond the entryway, you'll find yourself walking into the cozy, open living room. With seating for eleven, a tv, a brick fireplace and windows lining the entire west wall, this is one of the best gathering spaces in this home. The bathroom is shared by this level's two bedrooms. The first of these small comfy bedrooms has ocean views, a queen-sized bed and a good-sized dresser.
