Fully stocked and minutes from everything, this second-floor apartment is ready to be your home-away-from-home. This space gets great light and has a semi-private balcony with a cafe table that looks out over the neighborhood.



Part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata, this sunny apartment is close to everything you want to do in Arcata. The building was built sometime in the 1950’s so it has both mid-century styling and modern comforts.



Mid-century modern with vintage features and modern comfort. You will fall in love with this cute apartment stocked with everything you need on your vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like staying in to cook, or you can walk downtown to numerous delectable restaurants. This apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a set of exterior stairs. This space also has 1 shared wall with our other apartment. Our yard is also a shared space with other guest. We ask that you immediately reach out to host if there is every any other guest noise that is too disturbing.



Guests have full access to the unit and to the shared yard space. There is also a coin-op laundry on site that accepts quarters($1.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry) but no change machine, sorry. Please come prepared if you intend on doing laundry.



This is an apartment with shared walls, so you might hear noise from other guests. For courtesy of other guests and neighbors, quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. Please also make sure that all laundry is completed before 9PM.



We travel with our pets and are glad to welcome your furry friends. To help reduce allergens and to lighten our cleaning load, please don’t let your dog sit directly on the sofa. Put down a dog blanket (provided). Also, please pick up all pet waste promptly.



Parking is on-street. You can put your car in the alley while loading/unloading, but may not park there. Cars left in the alley are ticketed and towed.
