*** THE APARTMENT *****************************************************
This quiet and spacious 65 m² family apartment for 3/4 people is located in a recent and secure residence in the pleasant Aiguillon district, very close to the port of Arcachon.

It comprises:
• An entrance leading to a beautiful living room (lounge and dining area), with direct access to the ground-floor terrace. (TV, large bay window, electric awning)
• The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: a large worktop and cupboards. It includes a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, and an electric oven.

Numerous amenities are provided, such as a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.
• The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed, slatted shutters, and electric blinds), and a second bedroom with a comfortable Bultex double sofa bed (140 x 180 cm bed, TV, slatted shutters, and electric blinds) that can be converted into a lounge area. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace/garden through French doors.

• The bathroom features a walk-in shower, ample storage, and a double vanity. A washing machine is also available.

• The toilet is separate.

Numerous amenities are provided, including a hairdryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and electric griddle.

Ground floor
• The apartment opens onto a large wooden terrace, furnished with a table for al fresco dining in good weather, as well as garden furniture including four armchairs and a small table for relaxing.

This private space offers a view of the condominium's gardens. It is enclosed by a fence and hedges, ensuring your privacy.

• A private walkway within the condominium provides direct access to the port, the beaches of L'Aiguillon, and the cycle path.

• The other entrance to the residence (where the parking entrance is located) allows you to reach the lively center of the Aiguillon district and its local shops (bakery, greengrocer, rotisserie, restaurant, bistros, and a very well-known fishmonger in the Arcachon Basin!) in a 5-minute walk.

In the basement:
• The parking garage provides access to a secure individual storage unit that will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

• Bicycle storage. During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bicycle room.

• A recycling bin is also located in the basement.

• During your stay, cleaning services are not included.

!! Upon DEPARTURE !! We ask that you return the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival. Therefore, a standard cleaning will be required. Alternatively, a final cleaning option is available, payable upon arrival (€70).

Your apartment is located on the border of Arcachon and La Teste-de-Buch.
The Aiguillon district has retained its authentic charm, as its streets bear witness to the history of the fishing and shipyard industries. Here you will find typical Arcachon villas, neo-Basque houses, and traces of Breton architecture, the famous oyster hut at Pointe de l'Aiguillon where you can savor the bay's oysters, the Saint Ferdinand church… all this while strolling around.

The town center is 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike, or 25 minutes on foot along the beaches and the sea on the boardwalk. And also, booking excursions on the bay, tours of the Winter Town, the Moorish Park, and much more.
