„I really enjoy our stay “

„Quiet, spacious holiday home in the countryside. We really enjoyed our time here and immediatly felt at home.“

„This is a fantastic location just a short distance from town. The hosts were awesome! The bed was very comfortable. The large room with adjacent deck is well appointed. The house is across the street from the ocean and a pebbly beach. Loved the view! We highly recommend ordering their dinner which they bring to your room. It was extremely good! We HIGHLY recommend a stay at ‘A View with a Room’!“

„Beautiful stay. Clean and warm with stunning views and privacy.“

„Beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean and well appointed. Bed was awesome (for those liking a firm mattress!) Excellent communication with host however some confusion on my behalf with instructions on Expedia vs link sent from host. This caused a few hassles with check in! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.“

The beds were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated how roomy the property was. However, we found the space lacked warmth and wasn’t especially comfortable for hanging out together. The kitchen was under-equipped, which made cooking and meal prep a challenge. There were also no clear instructions for using the heaters, showers, lighting, or cooktop, which caused some frustration. The ...

„Fantastic place. Extra blankets would be nice as it was a very cold night. Otherwise loved it“

„Enjoyed our stay “

„We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin.“
