"The staff was amazing and very helpful. We needed to Transfer our luggage to the new hotel and they did all the communication for us and was filling out the papers for the Yamato Luggage Delivery. Also our room and all the facilities were very clean."

"Wir waren für drei Nächste im diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die wir während unserer Japanreise in derselben Preiskategorie hatten, geräumig, so dass wir unsere Koffer sogar auf dem Boden ausbreiten konnten. Sauber war es auch. Was ein bisschen umständlich war, war die Tatsache, dass wir in einem Nebengebäude gegenüber des Hotels untergebracht waren. Für die Angebote des Hotels (bis auf eine Mikrowelle, die im Eingangsbereichs des Nebengebäude stand) mussten wir jedes Mal die schmale Straße zwischen den Gebäuden überqueren. Die Umgebung dafür ist wirklich gut. Jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, so wie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Man kommt also überall super hin. Wir hatten bedenken, dass es auf Grund der belebten Lage laut werden könnte, aber tatsächlich hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum etwas gehört."

"Great hotel even you travel alone and dont need breakfast and all the stuff. I was happy to have my own little kitchen and could prepare my own meals! All the people are very nice/friendly plus the reception(front desk) speaks good english so you feel safe and comfortabel. Everything their is ecplained in japanese/english so you wont have problems understanding everything! You can wash your cloths at the laundry room for some yen, so you dont need too much cloths and can pack mone souvenirs! Helping tools for kitchen or cloths you will get at the receiption! You have lots of shops around and sunshine city is also near, so the hotel has a good central position! Was my first time in Japan and if i will come back im sure i would pick that hotel again! "Gonna be brutally honest. The only two positive things I have to say are that the location was pretty nice, central enough but not overfilled. And that the staff I met were quite nice. However (!) the positive reviews and pics are a little deceiving. I had the traditional room and while I get that it’s meant to be simple, it didn’t have any storage opportunities. You have to store everything on the floor, basically. Also, it really annoyed me that the room didn’t have any mirror, not even a small one. Forget outfit planning unless you wanna get changed in the toilets / showers to then look at yourself in the common wash rooms! Hated that! Also, the room and the hallways smell rancid. It’s a mix of moldy smell and just “come down”. The showers are definitely come down. One of the showers smells so horribly of mold, when you stand in the common wash room and it’s open you can’t even get ready in peace. The mold is easy to spot - all over the shower ceiling. It’s literally a health hazard to be in there. Reception is only 24/7 “officially”. Unofficially I waited half an hour at the reception in the morning only to find out no one’s there except the guy responsible for the breakfast (who was rather helpful though). Speaking of breakfast - what breakfast?! First time I thought I walked in at the wrong time, but the second time confirmed it: The breakfast is literally just toast and a random soup. That’s it. Like they just wanted the “breakfast included” option …"

"Nice and functional hotel in a not so nice part of Tokyo. The big TV supports streaming from your mobile device, but otherwise the only foreign program is BBC. There is a selection of on-demand videos but I didn't try them. The room is sufficient and the bed comfortable. "
