"Ich wurde herzlichst empfangen und mit dem Check in hat es schnell geklappt. Die Zimmer sind okay, leider sind die Zimmer schon etwas heruntergekommen. Im Bad ist es sehr deutlich, da vielen abgenutzt. Frühstück top, für jeden etwas dabei. Service sehr freundlich. Silvester Abend etwas besonderes. Wurde top organisiert mit den verschiedenen Essensmöglichkeiten. Top Musik und DJ. Ich hatte 9 Übernachtungen und war ganz okay. Das was mich sehr gestört hat, sind die Türen, die jedesmal laut zu knallen"

From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Special thanks to Mustafa at the check-in desk — he was extremely attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to highlight Mostafa, the Travel Consultant, who immediately organized museum tickets for us — truly remarkable service! And Yasin from the Concierge team provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool facilities, the lovely beach area, and the spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything was excellent — we could not have asked for more. We will definitely be returning. A truly unforgettable experience!"
