„The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel.“

„I enjoy the comfort of the appartment. You find everything you need for some relaxing days and you are logistically well positioned but nothing spectacular in walking distance (shops, beach etc.). “

„I didn’t receive email with apartment # & access code, which created issue since there is no reception. The security people were very helpful & guided me & they managed to connect me to Silkhaus manager. After that there was an issue with opening the door lock which took 30 mins to figure out. “

„This was a good size apartment that was kept clean and when there were a couple of issues they were dealt with promptly. The furniture was all functional but of its time. The area around was a little noisy due to building works but it has good access to shops, AD Mall and the tourist area. Parking was a bit of a pain if you returned after 18:00 when most of the spaces near the hotel were already taken.“
