„Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. „AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. „Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft an sich würde ich nicht mehr weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster in dem es nach Schimmel gestunken hat. Die Klimanlage war nachts sehr laut und das Zimmer an sich war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Die Bettdecke hatte eklige Flecken. Das Frühstück war auch nicht lecker. Auch wenn das Personal super freundlich war, würde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen.“

„Zentrale Lage, die meisten Punkte der Stadt waren gut zu erreichen. Wenn man schon im 11. Stock wohnt, wäre ein Zimmer mit Fenster klasse gewesen. Die Fensterlosigkeit hat sich erst nach der Buchung unter der Rubrik "Gut zu wissen" ergeben. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr, sehr gut.“

„Had a very relaxing stay in quiet hotel in city center with all shopping possibilities including malls in walking distance. Staff is very friendly, caring, attentive, just professional, immediately responding to every need or request.
