Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the farmhouse and the main entertaining areas of the barn throughout your stay.



The farmhouse includes the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, porches, deck, laundry area, and outdoor areas. The basement is not available for guest use; however, the first-floor laundry is fully available for your convenience.



The barn’s main level and loft are available for guests to enjoy, including the game room, TV areas, kitchenette, half bathroom, patio, outdoor dining area, grills, and fire pit. The barn’s lower level is not included & is our company office, so you might see us come/ go at times.



Please make yourself at home, while respecting any locked doors, storage areas, or spaces marked as private.



The Neighborhood:

The farmhouse is located on Appleton’s northwest side in a newer, quiet residential neighborhood. As one of the last remaining farmhouse-and-barn properties in the area, it offers a unique mix of open space, privacy, and convenient access to everything you may need during your stay.



Enjoy peaceful neighborhood streets that are great for walking, running, or biking, while still being close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and everyday conveniences. The grocery store and nearby dining options are about one minute away, and the Fox River Mall area is approximately five minutes from the home.



Downtown Appleton and Lawrence University are about 10 minutes away, offering local restaurants, shops, coffee spots, entertainment, and seasonal events. Highway 41 is just three minutes away, making it easy to reach Oshkosh in about 20 minutes or Green Bay in about 35 minutes.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the most convenient way to explore Appleton and the Fox Cities. The property is just three minutes from Highway 41, with easy access to downtown Appleton, Lawrence University, the Fox River Mall area, Oshkosh, Green Bay, and surrounding communities.



There is plenty of parking available in the driveway. Please park only in the driveway and avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or street access.



Uber and Lyft are also available for local trips, dining, events, or a night out. Availability may be more limited late at night, during major events, or in winter weather, so requesting a ride a little early is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

This is a renovated farmhouse in a quiet residential neighborhood. We want everyone to have a great time while also respecting the home, the property, and our neighbors.



The home and barn are designed for relaxed group stays, but parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Please keep the guest count consistent with your reservation.



Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor activity at a respectful level, especially when using the deck, patio, barn, or fire pit.



The barn’s main entertainment spaces are available for guest use, but the lower level is not included in the rental. Please keep barn doors and any restricted areas closed.



The fire pit is available for guests to enjoy when weather conditions allow. Never leave a fire unattended, keep children supervised, use only the provided or approved fuel, and make sure the fire is completely out before going inside or leaving the property.



The property includes outdoor areas, a fire pit, grills, games, and a historic barn. Children should be supervised at all times, particularly outdoors and in the barn.



Please use the gas grill, charcoal grill, pizza oven, and other cooking equipment carefully. Allow grills and ovens to cool fully after use, and do not move them.



The barn is climate-controlled, but its historic character means temperatures and conditions may feel different from the main home, especially during extreme Wisconsin weather.
