„The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and matched the online description perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub works flawlessly (I would say that the addition of a stool for entry/exit to the hot tub would be convenient, but that is literally our only critique/suggestion). Everything worked and we had no issues during our stay. Communication regarding our reservation and stay was timely and thorough. We will definitely look into this rental again for our next Gatlinburg ...

„We had a wonderful time at the Chalet . The beds upstairs had plastic on the bed which made it a little uncomfortable but that is minor. There is a board that is rotten so we placed a chair over it. Over all marvelous “

„We had the BEST time staying here!!! Quiet, the VIEWS, and the black bear visitors! A mama bear and her 3 cubs came and played in the backyard for about an hour. It was the highlight of our trip!I quite literally never wanted to leave the swing. There are 2 stores within a few miles and they both cook amazing pizza. But the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even ice already made in trays which I appreciated. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table!Check-in was so easy ...
