Anelia Villa offers a perfect setting with minimalist design and modern comforts for the ultimate self-catered holiday. This stunning property is comprised of two identical buildings, each thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to twelve guests across seven tastefully furnished bedrooms.


The expansive outdoor area invites you and your loved ones to unwind in style, featuring two sparkling pools for refreshing dips, and two sophisticated dining areas for enjoying meals in the open air while admiring the sea views that stretch before you. A fully equipped BBQ station, nestled under a shaded pergola, provides the ideal setting for grilling, while lush landscaping enhances the peaceful ambiance.


Indoors, Anelia Villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens and two spacious living areas, all designed to seamlessly blend with the outdoor space, ensuring effortless relaxation and entertainment.


Left Building
Ground Floor
Walking into the left building, youre immediately drawn in by the soothing pastel tones that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor boasts an open-plan living and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a convenient full bathroom with a washer.


The living room offers a 65" Smart TV, PS5, a stylish sofa, and a wood furnace for chilly nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making self-catering a breeze, and features an island with four stools. Next to the kitchen, the dining table seats four and offers a stunning view of the outdoor pool.


Strolling down the hall you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) that can be converted into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request. Also, this room features a 43" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and direct access to the pool area.


First Floor
Strolling up the beautifully designed staircase, you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a 43" Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features an expansive private balcony, hosting lush seating, to admire the unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape and sea.


Step out onto a haven of relaxation where comfort meets natural beauty. This inviting space features a luxurious 4-seat jacuzzi, perfect for soaking away the days cares, and a bioethanol fire pit that casts a warm, ambient glow. Encircling the area are plush, comfortable sofas, thoughtfully positioned to offer the perfect vantage point for admiring the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.


Between the two buildings, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a private key card entrance, creating independence amongst your group, and diversity. Each room includes a twin-sized bed (1,20 X 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a 32" TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The lower floor hosts the seventh bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds, upon request. It also features a 43" Smart TV, and an open closet. For added convenience, the bedroom includes a modern standup shower, while the toilet and sink are situated in a separate adjacent room.


All bedrooms offer complimentary robes and slippers, to ensure your ultimate comfort, while the bathrooms offer AVEA products for self-care.


Outdoor area
The outdoor area of Villa Anelia covers 750 sqm and promises nothing less than the making of unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Its expansive outdoor area is a true oasis, featuring two sparkling pools, dining tables, lush seating areas, and a state-of-the-art BBQ under a shaded pergola.
The rooftop graces the left building with its serene elegance. This tranquil retreat boasts a soothing jacuzzi, while a glowing electric firepit takes center stage, encircled by plush, inviting sofas. There is also a fully equipped gym, featuring a tricycle, and a weight bench--allowing you to maintain your fitness routine while enjoying the mesmerizing views of the surrounding landscape.


More specifically, the outdoor area features:
- Two private swimming pools, each 50 sq.m., with hydromassage settings, 1.5 m deep, and step access. The pool in front of the right building can be heated, with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 2 poof loungers, side tables, a poolside shower, and 4 umbrellas
- BROIL KING gas BBQ, equipped with 2 gas hobs, a refrigerator, a sink, ample counter space, and cabinets for storage.
- ?utdoor high-top dining area for 6 guests under a shaded pergola, adjacent to the BBQ.
- 2 outdoor dining areas for 6 guests each, perfectly positioned in the pool area.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
