"Positive points: excellent location, courteous staff, comfortable bed, quiet room, on‑site restaurant, and good breakfast. The hotel is located next to Brussels Central Station and just a short walk from the Grand Place, which is perfect for visiting the city center. Although the rooms have seen better days, they still serve their purpose without any issues. We had a king executive room with lounge access and everything went well. The breakfast is good and varied, for us it was more than sufficient. The fruit juices are genuine, not made from concentrate. The staff are very polite and carry out their duties to a high standard.
Dear Hilton Grand Place management, Mr. Ferit is worth his weight in gold, both at the reception and in the lounge. A person so passionate about his work, polite, and attentive to guests is not someone you come across every day. We will return, even if only for the pleasure of seeing him again and receiving his recommendations on the best restaurants in Brussels.
In other reviews we had read some less positive comments about the lounge, but after experiencing it ourselves, we cannot agree with them. The lounge is a quiet room with around 25 seats, a TV, drinks, and an adequate refreshment service offered to guests at 5 pm. We see it as an added benefit and our experience was positive.
The only things we ask you to improve are the flavor of the soup in the lounge, which was really flavorless, and the addition of a few more seats in the lobby. Please."
