The Cocoonr Antibes agency is offering the Panoramic Lérins for rent, situated on the 5th floor with lift access. This bright, 50 m² flat can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Its large, south/south-west-facing terrace, measuring 18 m², is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the panoramic views, from breakfast through to balmy Mediterranean evenings.

You’ll also appreciate the tranquillity of a secure residential complex with a swimming pool and children’s paddling pool, as well as the convenience of a private parking space.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up before your arrival to ensure a stress-free stay.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A bright living area with a lounge area, dining area, TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The sofa bed provides an extra bed for one person

The Panoramic Lérins enjoys a pleasant location in a quiet, residential neighbourhood of Antibes, ideal for making the most of the Côte d’Azur whilst staying away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

Its location provides easy access to Juan-les-Pins, with its sandy beaches, restaurants and summery atmosphere, as well as to the centre of Antibes and Old Antibes, with its narrow Provençal streets, famous market, restaurants and harbour.
