„Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. Hotel is part of a block in old part of town with many begging children and old women that tugged at our hearts and guilt. Nice street market nearby“

„In den Balkonzimmern in der 4. Etage hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Lac Anosy. Nachts ist die Straße sehr ruhig. Mittlerweile kann man im Schwesterhotel Grand Urbain die Rechnung für Maison des Cotonniers mit MasterCard bezahlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!“

„The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!“
