„Sand is very on top of communicating. The apartment is on the second floor and has two rooms - one bedroom and one living room that has been converted into BR. The apartment was clean including the toilet, shower. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. A bit far if you want to take the metro - it did not matter to me as I had to take uber anyway. Overall I would recommend for single or couples to stay. Probably a bit cramped for families.“

„Overall nice visit in DC. This house was close to all of the things you want to see while there. Stocked well for guests. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. It could use some new area rugs and couch. The front bedroom was noisy at night due to the street right outside but not unbearable. The neighbors have a little rodent problem too, but you are in a city.“

„Very nice basement apartment. Everything was clean upon arrival. You do have to climb down narrow stairs to access, so our roller cases were difficult to bring into the apartment. We are seniors, so it was a struggle. Parking is on the street in front of the house. You have to pay attention to road cleanings, and move your car to the appropriate side of the street. Overall, it met our needs. 😊 “

„This was a very nice place to stay while moving our son to the area. We were only a few blocks from his new home. This is not an area that is close to tourist attractions, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We enjoyed watching movies in the projector room.
