„Big ugly casino hotel“

„No hot water in the bathroom sink .... toilet doesn't flush good... the keys kept locking us out the room and the concierge was not helpful and did not fix it“

„Our room was clean and ready on time. There were extra pillows as we requested and the staff were very friendly, quick and efficient when asked questions and when we asked for extra towels. Parking was plentiful, the bed was VERY comfortable, and plenty of space in the bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful, warm, tasty, and the juice options and coffee, both excellent. Check in and check out equally quick. GREAT value for the price.“

„No service from cleaning staff at all. We had to request dry/clean towels multiple times. Had overflowing garbages and even when asked if they could clean the room, they agreed but still gave no service. I wouldn’t stay here again.“

„When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. I had to bring my luggage from satires three flight down, no help. They ...

„It was a great hotel. With a lovely breakfast. Air conditioning was good accept while sleeping it seem to go up from where it was set prior to going to bed. I would of rated the stay higher if it wasn't for the technical issues they were having with the TV/cable, even being unable to use my debit card to pay for snacks at the front desks. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.“

„The beds were very hard the air conditioning wasn’t working . The bathroom had hair on the floor and there was poop or barf on the floor. I won’t be staying there again. I also found the prices were very high for what you got.“

„Our room was spacious and bright with excellent blackout curtains for night. Bed comfortable with bed linens and comforters that are fully washable (no worries who or what was previously on the bedspread 😉.) Room well maintained. Breakfast is good for a complementary breakfast — included hot options and the coffee was actually good. Lots of parking and greenery around the building.
