The kitchen is equipped with top of line appliances such as an AGA Range and Sub-Zero Refrigerator and has a large island complete with 4 barstools and topped with a beautiful, custom, wood inlay countertop. Light starter provisions provided: Coffee, Water, Condiments, Spices, Butter, Olive Oil, Soda, Welcome Wine and Beer and Paper Products.The laundry area and half bathroom are off the kitchen.There is also the luxurious primary bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower and soaking tub.On the upper floor is the second living area which features a large flat screen tv, wet bar with beverage fridge, and sofa with large expansive balcony and outdoor seating. Relax on 2 sun loungers or read a book enjoying the breezes of the Gulf of Mexico sitting in one of the four Adirondack chairs. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered and outdoor areas under both the main house, guest house and around the 60X14 ft. pool. Other features include an outdoor shower, gas grill and beach equipment.There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.Pool and Spa heat are complimentary and are set at 86º/102º as highest heat temperature which might not be always reached. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours, and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. Pool equipment does not run 24 hrs., and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
