To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Casa Del Sol for both guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

- Located in a quiet residential neighborhood—please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
- The private pool is heated for your comfort and enjoyment.
- Parking is available in designated on-site spaces only.

Booking Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Primary booking guest must be 25+ years old.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests permitted.
Please respect neighbors and quiet hours.
Parking is limited to designated areas only.
Pool is for registered guests only and use is at your own risk.
No smoking inside the home or on balconies.
Excessive noise may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
Maintenance. During your stay, promptly notify Sole Stays of any maintenance problems. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, telephone, television, or cable service, appliances, etc.
Access to Property. Upon reasonable advance notice, Sole Stays, its employees, agents and contractors shall have the right to enter the Property, for the purposes of inspection or making any repairs or performing any maintenance as Sole Stays may deem necessary in its sole discretion, except in the event of any emergency, in which event, we will provide you with such notice as is reasonable under the circumstances.
Damage Policy. Guests are responsible for maintaining the Property and its contents during the occupancy. Guests shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the Property including, without limitation, installing any fixture, equipment, paint or device of any kind in or upon the interior or exterior of the Property, or to cut or drill into the Property. After check-out, Sole Stays will inspect the Property for damage, missing items and abnormally dirty appearance. Sole Stays will repair the damage, replace the missing items, and/or perform a deep cleaning of the Property at your expense. You authorize Sole Stays to charge the credit card on file to reimburse Sole Stays for any such expenses.
M. Nearby Construction. There may be construction ongoing at properties adjacent to or close by the Property being occupied by you and your Guests. The rules regarding acceptable noise levels, start and finishing times, and other restrictions relating to any such construction are governed by local ordinances and/or community specific rules and regulations, beyond the control of Sole Stays. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sole Stays will use its best efforts to ensure the appropriate parties are notified and appropriate remedial action is taken in the event that it receives notice the construction at issue may be in violation of any such ordinances, rules or regulations.
Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution and immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition includes the presence or use of illegal drugs or substances on the Property and extends to use of the Proeprty’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material or any other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay.
Hurricanes and Severe Weather. No refunds or credits will be made to Guests for weather related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations. Guests may purchase vacation travel insurance to provide coverage for certain specific weather-related circumstances. Guests are responsible for purchasing vacation travel insurance if they want coverage for weather related issues, and Guests are responsible for seeking any recovery or refund directly from the insurance provider.
Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs and Pool Heaters. Some Sole Stays properties are equipped with swimming pools, spas and/or hot tubs. You agree to be responsible for the day to day general safety conditions of any swimming pool and/or hot tub at your Sole Stays Property. This includes, but is not limited to keeping the swimming pool, spa and/or hot tub clean of debris, keeping the swimming pool, spa and/or hot tub areas clean, neat and organized, keeping all gates and doors locked and the swimming pool and/or hot tub area secured at all times, and operating the swimming pool, spa and/or hot tub in a safe, responsible manner.
