„The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!“

„We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! „Special attention to details of interior and exterior spaces. Great amenities and homelike comfort for 2 senior couples. We encountered a small accident when closing the refrigerator drawers resulting in a cracked drawer lid. So sorry! All in all we had a lovely relaxing stay- weather was excellent and sounds from the creek added a welcoming zen quality. Thank you for the amazing opportunity- a definite “ must return ““
