ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment in the heart of Angers. Located at 45 bis rue Pancheminerie, in a pleasant and central neighbourhood, this 50 m² apartment, nestled on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, combines modern comfort and authentic charm for a successful stay as a couple, with friends or with family.

The accommodation consists of:

A functional entrance hall, allowing you to leave your belongings in complete peace.

Bright living area: with a living room with a double sofa bed, WI-FI and open kitchen.

Fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything necessary to cook as at home.

Bathroom: spacious shower and washbasin, separate WC.

Cosy bedroom, equipped with a double bed (2 sleeping spaces), ideal for resting after a day of discoveries.



Paid parking in the surrounding streets.
