„This home is quaint and charming. It’s just a little walk into town and 1 minute walk to the coffee shop! 3 bedrooms spread out with a good amount of room. Nice bedding and furnishings, upgraded main bathroom is really nice. Our favorite part was the backyard with deck and table surrounded by lovely tall trees with the sounds of nature!“

„Nice estate. Very clean, with plenty of amenities. Great, responsive host.“

„Space for all of us to mingle & simply be together .“

„The house was so cute and in the perfect location—so close to Main Street for wine tasting! Eric was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!“

„The house was very comfortable, in a beautiful setting, within close walking distance of Murphys.“

„Such a cute home! It was perfect for us … just wish I had more time to relax and enjoy all the activities!!“

„Great location, nice place. Couldn't have been easier to deal with.“

„Outstanding property in the wonderful Gold Country town of Murphys. House was clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Huge backyard that allowed our pooch to roam and investigate.Location was perfect. Walkable to the middle of town (less than a mile) and a couple restaurants and nice local market less than 1/2 mile. Yet far enough out to provide a quiet, restful experience. We loved it.“

„This was a lovely house near the downtown. It was walkable but we drove due to the health of a few members of our Party. Also very close to the grocery store. Rooms were very comfortable and the studio built in the ADU was very lovely. We had the best time just hanging out in the backyard on the very comfortable deck and sitting around the fire pit. We were a party of 7 and it worked very well. I would stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and clear.“

„We had such a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and thoroughly equipped. One of the important features for us was the huge fenced yard, where our dog had plenty of space to play and explore. The hosts also supplied water and food bowls plus an outdoor water bowl for our dog.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for families and anyone traveling with pets!“

„Great location, near town but quiet at night. Great game room! Well stocked kitchen.“

„This house was amazing in its highly upgraded amenities. Tile and hardwood floors throughout, comfortable furniture, big screen TV, fans in all rooms and highly efficient air conditioning. In addition the house was spotless. We would stay there again and again.“
