The kitchen is fully equipped and includes full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining table seats up to four people, with two barstools at the kitchen counter. In the living area, the sofa and armchair offer seating for four in front of the gas fireplace and Roku TV.
The front bedroom has a queen bed, while the rear bedroom offers a queen bed along with a Roku TV. The bathroom has a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. A stacked washer and dryer are included in the space.
Step through the French doors onto the private balcony—the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a bit of fresh air while viewing Wheeler Peak and local wildlife.

Mountain View Villas #16B is a pet-friendly property; up to two dogs may stay with an additional pet occupancy fee.
Please be aware there is an outdoor set of steps to get to this unit. An elevator is available.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, crockpot, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker, Keurig coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs. Gas fireplace. Forced-air heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Back deck with Seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Mountain View Villas #16B is 1.5 miles from the ski base area (a four-minute drive) and 2.5 miles from the Angel Fire Country Club (a five-minute drive).
PARKING: Outside front parking, one reserved parking spot plus visitor parking spots.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
