If you’re looking for a peaceful setting, privacy, and beautiful views, this custom home is perfect! Located on the ski-mountain side of Angel Fire, at an elevation of 9,700 ft., the views don’t get any better. This home is situated amongst the aspens and pines, with no immediate neighbors (can only see one other house). There are plenty of areas to hike, explore, and view wildlife, directly from this home.

As you enter the home, you come into a large great room with a beautiful, vaulted wood tongue and groove ceiling, a custom wood-burning fireplace, and large picture windows which let in plenty of sunshine and allow for gorgeous views.

The great room opens to the gourmet kitchen which features a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of drinkware, dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances if you want to enjoy a cocktail on the deck or prepare a family meal (a variety of seasonings and spices is provided). There is a large dining table with seating for 8 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. From the dining area, a sliding door opens to the back deck where there is a gas grill and a covered hot tub area.

The master bedroom with king size bed is located on the main floor. The room features a reading nook with an overstuffed leather chair, which is perfect for curling up with a blanket and a good book. The ensuite master bath features double sinks, a shower, and a jetted soaker tub which is perfect after a long day of hiking or skiing.

There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, each with a comfortable queen size bed. The main level is completed with a full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

On the lower level, there is a large bunk/game room which is perfect to spread out and relax, or for the kids to have their own space. This bonus room sleeps up to 5 in two sets of bunk beds (twin over full and twin over twin) and two full size futons. Have fun playing foosball and board games or relax while watching movies on the 50” smart TV. DVD library included.

This home offers beautiful decks on the front and back of the house. Relax on one of the Adirondack or rocking chairs as you drink your morning coffee or evening nightcap. It is truly relaxing to sit in the peace and quiet while watching the wildlife by day or stargazing by night. Enjoy the hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

Come to relax and escape to the mountains! Hiking, fishing, or golf in the summer and snow skiing in the winter! You will not be disappointed!

We highly recommend a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter.
