Summary:

Welcome to Conchas Cabin in Angel Fire, your own personal cabin in the woods! Enjoy skiing in the winter, or mountain biking and hiking in the summer. The well stocked kitchen will enable you to prepare your own meals. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms at this property.



The Space:

The first level includes living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms on first floor share a bathroom and the Primary bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms one of which has a full bathroom within the bedroom.



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." 4 wheel drive vehicle REQUIRED November through March, no exception The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host. If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
