Mountain Access: A 4WD or AWD vehicle is required during the winter months (November through March). The driveway is steep and mountain weather can change quickly.
Air Conditioning: Like many mountain homes in Angel Fire, this property does not have air conditioning due to the area's cool mountain climate.
Firewood: Firewood is not provided but is available for purchase locally.
Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In: Requests are subject to availability and must be made the day before or the day of arrival. If approved, a fee of $20/hour applies for each hour before 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests are subject to availability and must be made the day before departure. If approved, a fee of $20/hour applies for each hour after 10:00 AM.
