„Ok, wer Action im Urlaub möchte, ist hier sicher falsch. Im Oktober war auch die einzige Tauchbasis geschlossen. Es gibt ein paar nette einheimische Restaurants und die Blue Holes sind auch sehenswert. Auch Schnorcheln geht. Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung am schönen Strand! Steve war immer sehr bemüht, dass alles für uns perfekt lief. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!“

„Robert was a phenomenal host, meeting us at the airport both coming and going, as well as giving us a tour of Nassau and helping us to get groceries. „I stayed in the Treasures of Andros. Definitely exceeded my expectations. First off the owner Trevor was there waiting my arrival. That was awesome. I was lucky to get an upgrade that I was not expecting, the Emerald Bungalow was very nice. „What an amazing throw back trip. I grew up going to my parents house on mangrove cay. Many things have changed and many thing are the same! My daughter,husband and my grandchildren loved every minute! We swam,snorkeled and slowed down to island life behavior! Any negatives were manageable….we needed a decent broom to keep up with the sand coming in😀! „The property is well-maintained and easy to find. It gets fantastic sea breezes, which keep the cottage feeling fresh and cool throughout the day. Both bedrooms have heat pumps, which made for comfortable sleeping even on warmer nights.The beach right outside is beautiful, and once the stairs and seawall are repaired, access will be even better. "Restaurant/Bar sind direkt am Strand gelegen. Ein Steg über dem Wasser liefert dabei eine tolle Aussicht auf die Fische, Schildkröten etc. in der geschützen Bucht. Einziges Manko ist die Optik des Deichs. Das Speiseangebot ist für Vegetarier/Veganer eingeschränkt, aber die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Unser Zimmer lag landeinwärts, war aber hervorragend und nett ausgestattet, räumlich sehr gut aufgeteilt (kleiner Küchenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Flurbereich, etc.). Man kann im Resort u.a. Kayaks leihen und durch die Mangroven bis hin zum Ozean paddeln. Es sind z.B. Schildkröten oder Rochen zu beobachten. Für Naturliebhaber ein idealer Aufenthaltsort. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit viel unberührter Natur und sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen vor Ort. Da die Insel noch relativ unerschlossen ist, war uns die Anmietung eines Mietwagens nicht möglich. Mit dem Taxi und hilfsbereiten Menschen, die uns bei der Organisation eines Bootsausflugs geholfen haben, konnten wir die schönen Korallen in der Unterwasserwelt bestaunen."
