„We did not get any check-in information and tried to contact the property four times before we arrived but no one answered. We arrived in an industrial area at a building without any lock at the door, and there was nothing there. No sign, no people, nothing. We had to book something else. It's a scam, don't book this.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, hell und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist vielleicht ein bisschen problematisch, wenn man ohne Auto ist, aber man braucht ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen um Zentrum zu erreichen. Ehrlich gesagt, uns hat das nicht gestört. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Man kann da alles finden. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist wunderbar. Empfehlenswert wirklich. “

„- The appartment is too far from varenna (you have to walk 30mn on the cliff to reach varenna which is dangerous) and the transport is not really available there, so we had to take taxis (this costed us around 30Euros per day and limited our flexibility as taxis are really rare especially at night) , if you want to visit varenna pay more and prefer an appartment in varenna than perledo - we didn't see the host, he wasn't there in the check-in nor in the check-out... we left cleaning fees on the ...

„The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. „We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. „This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. "Das Frühstück war so vielfältig und liebevoll vorbereitet- ich fand es sehr sehr gut, ich war auch schon öfters in 5 Sterne Hotels- da ist dieses Hotel mit seinen 3 Sterne echt wirklich super Wenn ich etwas kritisieren sollte, dann vielleicht, dass man erst ab 8:15 Uhr zum Frühstück kann - aber das ist wohl dieser liebevollen Zubereitung geschuldet - denn da benötigt man auch Zeit. Dann war der Pool nicht beheizt- war aber für mich nicht das Problem- bin trotzdem gerne geschwommen- Wasserqualität war Top - kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen 👍"
