On wintry nights, you'll stay toasty warm in front of one of the wood-burning fireplaces in either the living area or the main bedroom. The primary suite also has its own private balcony for taking in the incredible mountain view. If your traveling companions include your dogs, feel free to bring up to two of them along to enjoy the fully-fenced yard. Gather for conversation around the firepit or cozy up for movie nights in the welcoming living area. The pristine kitchen offers everything you need to create your favorite meals for the group. Added perks of this family-friendly home include free WiFi, streaming capabilities, a high chair, and a Pack 'n Play.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
Streaming services are available with own accounts.
Up to two family dogs are welcome for a small nightly fee.
Family-friendly with provided high chair and Pack 'n Play.
RV parking is available.
4x4 vehicle required in winter.
The outdoor spaces of this home are shared with the next-door duplex if it is occupied.
Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo A may be rented with Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo B as Midtown Anchorage Basecamp to accommodate up to 16 guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
