Garmisch Ski Cabin - Ptarmigan

Summary:

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cabin. This two bedroom, full kitchen and full back space is the bottom unit of a ski cabin located .2 miles from resort lifts, summer hiking, the bike path, and locals shops and restaurants. The Space:

This is in a Girdwood neighborhood with year round residents. This cabin has alpine ski character in a sunny spot and is walkable to most shops, restaurants, and the bike path in Girdwood, and a short drive to popular trailheads and the spa. It has a queen bed, a full bed, a full kitchen and path, a living room, and a fenced back yard shared with the upper unit.



In the summer, when mud season is over, we will allow dogs as long as they are house trained and will not damage any property. The pet fee is $75. We will clean well in between guests and have periodic carpet cleaning. But folks should know the cabin does have dogs stay sometimes.



Soundproofing insulation between the upstairs and downstairs reduces noise between floors.

Guest Access:

Guest access is on the ground floor and a key pad.



Other Things to Note:

We will allow dogs, but please keep them leashed and inspect the backyard to make sure your pup cannot escape. Please pick up after them, and make sure to be respectful of nieghbors!
