Both upstairs bedrooms have a king size mattress. The downstairs bedroom has a queen, and the sofa pulls out into another queen.

Each floor has its own living room and bathroom. There is a fenced backyard. There’s also garage parking for two.

This is a great space for families traveling together or a large group.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, townhome is spread out over two levels, and has a washer and dryer as well as standard kitchen appliances, in addition to a privately fenced backyard that gets plenty of sun.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse.

We’re five minutes away (literally), and welcome communications through calls, texts, or app messaging.

Turnagain is one of Anchorage’s premier neighborhoods. It’s safe, within striking distance of downtown (9 minutes), and a stones throw from the airport (6 minutes). Runners and bikers love it for its quick access to the Coastal Trail.

Our townhome is located right off of Northern Lights, which is one of the major thoroughfares in Anchorage. Parking is plentiful.

We owe our neighbors their right to quiet enjoyment of their homes in the neighborhood. With this in mind we require a signature agreement regarding guests and parties. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. The terms of the agreement are as follows:

1) Pets are strictly prohibited.

2) I attest that the only people that will be present in the home are the people listed in my booking.

3) I agree that guests are only allowed with prior written permission from the
owner.

4) Even with permission, all guests shall leave the premises prior to 10pm.

5) Violation of the above rules are grounds for immediate cancellation of booking, without refund. At that point you will be considered a trespasser and will be escorted off the property by the police.

We mean no offense by mandating this agreement, we only hope to protect our property and to be good neighbors. We appreciate your support and cooperation in this effort.
