This spacious and thoughtfully designed retreat offers plenty of room for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories. The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring multiple prep stations, allowing family and friends to cook together with ease. Gather around for lively meals, sharing stories and laughter in the heart of the home.

Lounge and unwind in multiple cozy spaces — whether it’s the inviting living area, the serene upstairs library, or the whimsical kid’s nook. The unique turret offers two distinct seating areas, perfect for curling up with a book or soaking in the breathtaking mountain views.

The master suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a luxurious bathroom designed for ultimate comfort. Step outside to a large private yard with a fire pit, outdoor games, and garden space. Relax on the deck or around the fire pit, taking in the peaceful surroundings under the endless Alaskan sky.


~Wildlife:

Our 8-acre property offers a unique opportunity to explore and witness Alaska's remarkable wildlife up close. While walking the property, keep an eye out for moose and their calves, eagles, cranes, and occasionally bears. Remember, wildlife is in the area, so stay vigilant. When exploring nearby wooded areas, talk loudly or make noise to alert wildlife of your presence. Never approach or confront any animals.

~Extras:

We have strawberry plants, blueberry, raspberry bushes and rhubarb plants on the property. If you see berries, or rhubarb that are ripe and are calling your name, please help yourself :)

Conveniently located in Anchor Point, just 2 miles from the beach and world-class fishing, and only 14 miles from Homer, this retreat is the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.

The whole house is available for use. We have closed off the garage and utility/boiler room.
