„This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. „We had a wonderful summer vacation with our family (2 adults, 2 girls). The house is nice and very clean, good size of rooms. Calm Neighborhood. Close to the beach (short walk). Beach equipment as shown on the fotos was very helpful. Butler Beach is a beautiful area. Not overcrowded. The girls went to the pool also very often and enjoyed it. “
