The heart of our castle is the fully-equipped, newly remodeled kitchen. From sparkling new stainless steel appliances to a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, we've got everything you need. And don't forget to hydrate with the freshest water in Orange County, courtesy of our Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Filtration System. Bon appétit, noble guests!

Additional House Rules
-Check-In: From 4:00 PM – Use the keyless entry code for a hassle-free arrival.
-Check-Out: By 11:00 AM – Don't forget to grab a juicy orange for the road!
-Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM – Let’s keep the magic alive without disturbing the neighbors.
-No Smoking: Except around the fire pit where you can channel your inner dragon.
-Parking: 1 free reserved drive way parking spot and free street parking available right at the property.
-Pets: Welcome for $25 per pet per night.
-Events: Small gatherings allowed, but no midnight balls, please!
-Guest Agreements and ID Verification: Please provide ID verification and sign the agreement to our host rules.
-Security Deposits: $2500 security deposit that is refundable if the property is left in good condition.
-Cameras: We have cameras facing all entrances and exits of our property. We do not have interior cameras.
-Additional Cleaning Fees: If you leave behind a pumpkin carriage mess, extra fees apply.
