🔐 Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
🐾Pet Cleanup: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🧹 Maintenance: Hot tub techs & gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

- Gardener may visit: Monday 🌿

🚫 Parking: Please avoid blocking the sidewalk to prevent tickets 🚓
