We had a great view with two great vantage points from a nice patio or from the 2nd “bedroom”. We didn’t fish on the property, the boat dock was a little questionable. But, South Toledo Bend Park was just 5 minutes away and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This place is amazing. Ryan was good to deal with and responded quickly to messages. This house is located near the dam and has a great view. Our family had a very good time there. The yard is big enough to play games and enjoy the outside. we caught fish and our grandson flew a kite on the dock. This was our first trip that we took our little Chihuahua Charlie with us and he enjoyed laying on the dock soaking up the sun. This place is definitely a favorite of ours and hope to return soon. "The Toledo Queen was absolutely perfect! Beautiful home, plenty of room, lovely back porch and grilling area, and great boat dock with boat slip and lift and fish cleaning station! Can’t wait to come back!"

"The home was super comfortable for our entire family of 8 and everyone enjoyed fishing from the boats we brought with us and off the dock. The men are bass fishermen so they enjoyed a lot of time out on the boat. They caught many 2-3 pound large mouth bass and a few 6-8 pounders so they were very happy. The women spent some time in the boats but mostly on the dock and floating in the water. It was a great time for all."
