„The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. “

„We had stayed prior at this property with owned by Sheraton - much much better experience and quality. I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member - this resort currently is not the experience I have seen at other Autograph properties.
- Ocean view room was mostly blocked by roof top of De Cortez restaurant.
- Building was #24 and Day 1 & Day 2 - housecleaning did not get completed until 4 p.m. and was spotty - no towels, bed was made with sheets not tucked. Closet outside of our room for ...

„This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless.
Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for ...

„Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop.

„We’ve made it our unofficial hobby to “research” most of the major Cabo resorts, One&Only Palmilla, Four Seasons Costa Palmas, Nobu… tough life, we know.
So when we arrived here, we’ll admit, first impressions had us a little unsure. The hotel sits right off the main road (not exactly the dramatic, guarded-gates entrance we had imagined), and the lobby felt… let’s say “cozy.” For a brief moment, we wondered if we’d made a mistake.
