„1st impression when we arrived for check-in was the area didn't look real safe. Alot of suspicious acting people was hanging around outside. Hotel staff was very friendly, our room was as clean as it could be no complaints there. 1st night there is got bit by a bedbug but wasn't aware that's what bit me until the 2nd night where I got bit atleast 6 more times and I actually seen them and killed 3,it wasn't until after midnight so there wasn't and reason to switch rooms for a few hours,told hotel ...

„Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very nice. There were some stains on the top cover of the bed, but the sheets are clean. The vending area was a hassle. One machine only took $1 bills and the other only took quarters. The canned soda was not cold. “

„It was a good room. It has a lot of steps to climb to get to the room. Coffee was terrible in the room but they usually are, in hotels. No disruptions. I would recommend.“

„Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.“
