The rental needs some rennovations, but that's to be expected for a home this old. Also, the space is much smaller than it looked in the listing photos. We would love to visit again during the summer months!“

„The owners of the property carefully thought through all the amenities provided. We had what we needed for a very comfortable stay. We didn't think we needed an old school arcade until we had one! Place was wonderfully decorated, felt very welcoming. Communication with owners was easy. Only thing I didn't quite anticipate was the high deposit and how long VRBO holds the deposit before refunding back (14 days). Other than that, we hope to return when we're back in the area.“

Unfortunately it was misting outside so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit, but still got to enjoy the hot tub! Great hosts, easy to check in, very accommodating! Definitely would recommend! „This was our 4th time staying in the Bird House and we had another enjoyable time. We love the country location it makes us feel like home. This time we enjoyed the York Herb and Garden Festival on Friday and spent a lot of time visiting the Amish Greenhouses. We cook most of our meals to spend time with our dogs but we did order take our from Caruso's Italian Restaurant and it was great and only 5 minutes away so still very hot when we arrived back to the house. We would highly recommend it and ...
