„Home was clean, plenty of space, kitchen large with new appliances, bedroom on main floor very comfortable, bathroom on main floor. Upstairs full living room, 2nd bedroom, bath. Convenient to main roads/hwys. Close to coffee shops and bike/walk trail.“

„It was a quiet neighborhood and a good place for couples. Parking wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t clean to my standards. The fridge was dirty, the blinds had dust everywhere, we found a condom wrapper under the bed, and a cigarette under the chest. Also, the desk chair and the toilet was wobbly. The lights in the kitchen flicker and sometimes turn off. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but there were just little things that could’ve been better.“

„I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it.“

„While this is an older house, it was pretty well maintained, and decorated. HVAC worked well, kitchen was fairly well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice with pretty new fixtures and furniture. View out back of golf course is nice. There were some toys for children, which was nice. Lots of space in this house. Neighborhood was quiet, but street is very tight. Lots of cars parked on the street all day long.Host was very responsive.“
