„We had the best time in Fernandina Beach and most of that was due to picking this property to stay in! I have never stayed in a cleaner or more well-appointed home! The only thing we needed for the week that the house did not have was a Keurig (which I asked about before we went down and took my own.) They even offered extra beach towels should we have needed them! „Great beach home getaway. Across street from beach. About a block or so from public beach access walkways. Also within walking distance from a few restaurants, surf shop, putt putt, and even Fort Clinch State Park for a hike. Heated pool hot tub are great. Back patio was also nice for hanging out. „When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up.
