„I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street. „Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. He also arranged taxis and a snorkeling trip. He was always available to handle anything we needed. He is the best property manager we've ever had.
