„We arrived a day late due to the timing of our flight and the water taxi times. When we arrived our room was not ready although it was the next day. They first stated that they had given the room to someone else but then they apologized and said it was actually available but not clean yet. When they did give us the room we noticed the balcony door didn’t have a key to lock it. Reception stated they didn’t have a key for it.
