All of the kids loved it and I can't remember the last time I stayed up until 2 am. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water for all our showers. Having soap, shampoo and coffee was a bonus! Short drives to Palo Duro and Big Texas Steak Ranch. Definitely would recommend or not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Even if you don't have a large group, the price, convenience and privacy it offers makes it a great place ...
