The Space:

The apartment is the other side of the same duplex as Harrison A, so you have a private entrance and the whole unit is yours. The bedroom has a queen bed with linens and a single bed for a third sleeper, with extra sleeping space available in the common area for a fourth, which gives a small family or a pair of coworkers room to spread out.



The bathroom is private and stocked with towels. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and the cookware needed to handle breakfast, pack a lunch, or cook dinner at the end of the day. Cooking at home keeps the trip affordable on a longer stay.



The living area has a TV for the evening and enough room to actually relax. A washer and dryer are in the unit, so you are not hunting for a laundromat. Air conditioning and heating are both in place, and an iron is provided.



The unit is about 700 square feet, sized for a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family. The footprint is intentional. Less square footage to manage, less to clean, and a fair nightly rate that reflects what the space actually is.



Guest Access:

Self check-in via keypad. You will receive your access code before arrival so you can land on your own schedule. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A designated parking spot is assigned to Unit B; please use the spot marked for your unit. The private entrance means you do not need to coordinate with anyone.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on South Harrison Street in south Amarillo, a quiet residential area that puts you close to the medical district and major commercial corridors. TTUHSC at Amarillo, BSA Hospital, and Northwest Texas Hospital are all a short drive, which is why traveling healthcare workers find this useful. Westgate Mall, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within easy reach. Downtown Amarillo, Polk Street, Palace Coffee, and Tyler's Barbecue are an easy drive when you want to head out. Palo Duro Canyon State Park is within range for a day trip on a free weekend.



Getting Around:

Amarillo is a driving city. A personal vehicle or rental car is the easiest way to get around. The apartment is a short drive to I-40 east and west and to I-27 south, which connects you to the rest of the city quickly. Amarillo International Airport (AMA) is a short drive across town. Uber and Lyft both operate locally.



Other Things to Note:

No smoking inside the unit. No parties. No pets without prior approval. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and the unit on the other side of the wall. Checkout instructions will be left in the unit. If you are a traveling nurse or on a temporary contract, message us with your dates and stay length.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy. We do not drop in. We are a quick message away through the booking app, or by text if that is faster. We respond within an hour during the day and as quickly as we can otherwise. If something needs attention during your stay, tell us and we will handle it.
