„The communal swimming pool which belongs to the enclosure of weekend homes and has a playground next to it was the main attraction for my kids - two of three learned swimming there. The Location is very nice, very rural, with a nice view on Lake Garlate but you need a car and need time to get to the nice areas of Lake Como. „Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) “

„The property was very nice and the check in process was easy. It would be good to have a car because Uber and car share services do not work in Varenna. The taxi service is a little sporadic and expensive. The train station is a long walk as is town. The view was great with plenty of space. I would rent here again but only if i had a car“

„Loved it and can’t wait to return! The view is gorgeous—amazing sunsets and, in the morning, Varenna is lit up by the sun. The patio is also right next to an old waterfall/fountain ruin type of thing that is lit up at night and it’s stunning. The inside of the apartment is also fantastic and we loved the very large bathtub and the rain shower heads. „Appartement agreable avec une vue extraordinaire sur le lac depuis l'immense terrasse (d'autant plus grande que le second appartement n'était pas loué). Environnement hyper calme. Randonnées possibles au départ de la maison. Le lit de la chambre double n'est pas confortable (2 lits collés avec des matelas de hauteurs différentes).
