„This was our second time staying here. It was just as clean and beautiful as the first time. We took our kids with us this time and we were able to enjoy the onsite pool with them. The kids loved the bunk bed room and decor. The weather was great and the beach was very relaxing and peaceful. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.“

„While this house is a large one, very capable of handling a gathering of several families for a reunion, it was not as luxurious as its promotions. The pool table was a nice item that did add to our enjoyment. The owners worked with us on several issues that arose.“

„On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. „I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. „I was told I was in the “penthouse” at check in-which was the building furthest from the beach on the top floor-total BS- when I booked and paid for beachfront. I refused to accept the wrong villa and it took them until 5:30 to get the correct one ready. Also, as soon as the “VIP” check in person realized I was not in the market to purchase a time share, she could not have been more rude and could not get me out of there fast enough-even though my villa was not ready. „Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. „was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hose went above and beyond to answer any questions i had. Yet, despite being centrally located, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
