„I wish I could give this place zero stars!! For starters, check-in time was supposed to be at 4 PM. At 6:30 PM the host still had not sent instructions or the door code. When we finally got in, the unit was 53 degrees. The heating system does not work at all, we had to buy space heaters just to tolerate the night. The house also had not been cleaned when we got there and the entertainment system had literally fallen off the wall and was on the ground. We had to buy laundry detergent to wash the ...
