„BEWARE: Listing misrepresents the property. August 2026: No air conditioning, no parking on site, and no HOT WATER in the apartment. This is simply not a luxury apartment. Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. We had to ask locals in the building to help us narrow it down, just to get inside. The only accurate part of this listing is the location, which is in the heart ...

„We liked the views and garden but the building had the decor, ambience and rules of a retirement institution. The front of staff was unwelcoming and the top floor room we were given was small and inferior, with dated fittings. no TV or kettle and stained carpets (unlike what we saw in the photos) and not acceptable for the price. We would not recommend.“

„Essen im Restaurant war top. Ideal für Freizeitaktivitäten. Super Location für Hochzeiten“

„A great place to discover the basque coast. Great views from the hotel. Room was very cozy and looked very new. Comfortable big bed. Great breakfast! Local products, fresh fruits peeled and cut. View to the sea while breakfast. Spa can be reserved, so you have private wellness. We had also massage, was good too.“
