„The property was in a location convenient to many main attractions in St Louis. It was nice having a dedicated parking space, although street parking was available too. The neighborhood was quiet, and people we encountered were friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to get going in the morning. The property does need to be painted and freshened up for a little nicer appearance. I would stay there again.“

„The home was plently big for our group of 10, we did not even use one room. It was close to everything we had planned, within 15 mins. We felt safe and it was quiet. We would like to have had access to a broom because kids makes messes and there is one nail on the floor by the bar that needs to be fixed bit otherwise it was great.“

„Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!“

„Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going ...

„This property was perfect for our quick getaway. Seven of us traveled to St. Louis for the Cards/Cubs game and needed a place to stay. This property was clean, cute, and slept 7 of us perfectly. We had no issues finding parking right in front, and the house was just off the interstate and not far from Busch Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The bed I slept in (upstairs) was sooo comfortable and the air conditioning unit was appreciated! I asked everyone else about their sleep ...
