„Great location in the middle of where we were.going and easy to get to.“

„Steep stairs go to the rooms. It was fairly comfortable.“

„The adorable house is just that. Clean, easy, had everything we needed, great location, nice modest family neighborhood. We had a great experience. Thank you Ashley. Margy & Jim“

„The photos of the rental were accurate and the cleanness was excellent. Off street parking space was good. The beds were comfortable and we had all of the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The owner was very attentive and checked regularly during our stay. They also made sure we were aware of any events happening in the area. Plenty of off street parking. The photos of the interior were accurate, location was good. The temperatures ranged 80-100 degrees during the our stay and the A/C ...

„This was, without question, the worst stay I have experienced. The property had multiple serious maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before it was made available to guests. The most significant issue was that there was no hot water. I notified the host immediately and was told that the earliest someone could possibly come to inspect it was Monday—the day I was checking out. As a result, the issue was never resolved, and I spent my entire stay without hot water.The ...

„Very clean and nice property close to many good places for food. The host was very responsive and helpful on a parking situation we had and worked with us. Decent part of town. The only negative I would say is there was no paper towels at the property unless I just never found them. Would def stay here again.“

„The apartment was clean and cozy, and a great location for sightseeing around Soulard. Dan was a great host. Our only complaint was lack of access to WiFi. Overall a great experience.“

„If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! The home was cheerful, bright & very comfortable in 91 degree heat! A perfect location to explore Historic St Charles & the hosts available to answer any question I asked them.“

„I informed the host that the broken blinds in the bathroom offered no privacy to use the toilet or shower. The property comes with 3 sets of stairs that my mother could not navigate. This was not mentioned in property description by the host. The security light over the outside door was either blown or did not work. I talked to the host who let me believe I would be getting a refund. Repeated attempts to communicate have failed. But the place was clean and the check in procedure was fantastic.“

„Fantastic location. We went to Anheiser-Busch, the zoo, the arch, the Hill, and some museums and this location was never more than 5 miles away from it all. We had plenty of space for our whole family and could comfortably watch movies each night all together. The coffee supplies were in the kitchen. We normally cook but didn’t this trip. I would say there isn’t a lot of supplies in the kitchen if you’re hoping to make a full meal. For just eating takeout, you’re all set.“
